Right of Withdrawal
Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by email at:
within 14 days of receiving your order.
You may use a clear written statement indicating your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Once your withdrawal request has been received, you must return the item within 14 days.
Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- products made to the customer's specifications,
- clearly personalised items,
- products that have been altered or customised upon request.
