Shipping Policy
At aporeei, we craft garments in limited quantities, creating only what is needed and resisting the cycle of excess that defines much of the fashion industry. This approach allows us to work more intentionally, reduce waste, and focus on pieces designed to be worn, valued, and kept. Some products are available for immediate dispatch, while others are made to order. Product availability and estimated lead times are indicated on each product page.
For made-to-order items, production and dispatch may take up to 14 business days (excluding Polish public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Poland
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping fee: €4
Carriers: InPost or DHL
Switzerland
Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days
Shipping fee: €15
The carrier information will be provided together with your tracking details.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by Swiss customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
Rest of Europe
Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days
Shipping fee: from €12
The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
Carriers: DPD, GLS, UPS, or other trusted delivery partners depending on destination.
United States
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Shipping fee: €25
Carrier: FedEx
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import charges, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Australia
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Shipping fee: €25
Carrier: FedEx or Polish Post
Orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Japan
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Tracked shipping: €32
Carrier: FedEx
Untracked shipping: €15
Carrier: Polish Post
Please note that untracked shipments cannot be monitored once dispatched. aporeei cannot accept responsibility for delays, loss, or delivery issues associated with untracked services.

Estimated delivery: 5–14 business days
Shipping fee: €20–30
