Shipping
Upon receipt of your order it will be dispatched the following business day (Polish public holidays excluded). Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email.
Poland
Delivery within 1-2 business days for 15 PLN.
Shipping is operated by courier company InPost.
Switzerland
Delivery within 4-5 business days for 80 PLN (approx. 18 CHF).
Shipping is operated by courier company Fedex.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery date.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by Switzerland’s customs department. The recipient bears any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local customs authorities for details of import duties and taxes for your region.
Rest of Europe
Delivery within 4-5 business days for 70-115 PLN (approx. 15-25 EURO).
Shipping is operated by one of the following carriers: DPD, GLS or UPS.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date.
Lost packages
In the event your package goes missing, please contact us so that we can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Returns
We offer you 14 days free return. The total amount of your order will be refunded.If you wish to refund your item, please do the following easy steps:
- Please make sure that the product is in the exact same condition as when received with the tags and labels attached. If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry.
- Inform us about your return request via our contact form. Once it has been approved you will receive a return shipping-label by email.
- Once the return has been approved, place it in the the original packaging and send it back.
