Shipping and returns


Following our commitment to uphold sustainable practices our goods are made to order if not otherwise stated on the product page (in stock). Upon receipt of your order, the item will be manufactured and dispatched within a maximum of 13 days (Polish public holidays excluded). Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your order by entering your tracking number at the courier’s website. From that moment, count 1-2 business days for the order to arrive at your door for domestic and 3-4 days for international orders.

Poland
Delivery within 1-2 business days for 4 EURO.
Shipping is operated by InPost and DHL.

Switzerland
Delivery within 4-5 business days for 13 EURO. The name of the carrier company will be communicated along the tracking number.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may delay the delivery date.
International orders are subject to duties and taxes billed by Switzerland’s customs department. The recipient bears any additional charges for customs clearance. Please check with your local customs authorities for details of import duties and taxes for your region.

Rest of Europe
Delivery within 4-5 business days for 10 EURO. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout. Shipping is operated by one of the following carriers: DPD, GLS or UPS.

Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control can delay the delivery date. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delays.

USA
Delivery within 5-10 business days for 25 EURO. Shipping is operated by FedEx.

Australia
Delivery within 5-10 business days for 25 EURO. Shipping is operated by FedEx or Polish Air Post.

Japan
Delivery within 5-10 business days for 32 EURO. Shipping is operated by FedEx or Polish Air Post.

Lost packages

In the event your package goes missing, please contact us immediately. We will proceed with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Returns

Should you feel like returning your order for whatever reason, we are here to help. Feel free to leave us your feedback on the return form. We are on the learning journey striving to make our products and services better everyday.

Please, note that items from our upcycled collection cannot be returned. No exceptions will be made for sizing or fit. If you have any questions about the style, please reach out to us before placing your order. 

Items purchased on aporeei.works are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping costs are not refunded. Full price items will be refunded to the original payment method withing 10 business days.

If you wish to return your item, please do the following easy steps:

    1. Please make sure that the product is in its original condition as when received (unworn and unwashed merchandise with original tags and labels attached). If you are unsure whether your return will be accepted simply contact us with your enquiry.
    2. Inform us about your return request via our contact form. Once it has been approved you will receive a return shipping-label by email and the steps to schedule a pick up or the nearest parcel drop off point. 
    3. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
    4. Close the box and tape it securely.
    5. Ship the return with a carrier of your choice. Please note that the customer is responsible for these costs. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that the carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, within 10 business days your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
